Your child’s safety is of the utmost importance to us. We inspect and sanitize all equipment regularly. Please follow all safety guidelines that are set forth by the manufacturer. Delivery & Pickup
When you call for reservations, we will arrange a suitable time to deliver your baby gear to your rental property, usually on the date of your arrival. We ask that all equipment and linens be placed outside your unit for pickup at the set time on your departure date. If your rental property is a private residence, and you must leave before we pickup, please do not lock the baby gear in the house.
Making a Reservation
Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Call us at (970) 920-6565 to reserve your order, or contact us via email and we will call you back. Over the phone, we will ask for your Visa or Master Card information to reserve the items for the dates you indicate. We will charge your card on the day before your departure. If you would like to use another form of payment, please let us know.
If you need to extend your rental period, please call us as soon as possible in advance. We cannot guarantee the availability of the equipment without advance notice, but will do whatever we can to accommodate your needs.
Please give Mountain Baby Gear 24-hour notice (prior to delivery date) if your plans change. Orders cancelled without proper notice will be charged the full amount.
Condition of Returned Equipment
Please return the equipment in the same condition in which it was delivered to you. Please wipe down baby joggers and highchairs. Items returned in excessively dirty condition will be charged a $50 per hour cleaning fee.
